Our lead time is 3–7 business days, depending on the quantity of your order. 😊
If you have a specific date in mind, feel free to let us know so we can accommodate it as best we can!

We are located in Bambang, Taguig. 😊
4. Do you ship to provinces?
We use GoGo Xpress, and the usual shipping time frame is 3–7 business days. Let us know your location so we can give you an estimate! 😊
5. Can I customize the gift sets?
For the labels, we have our own templates available, and we also offer free layout design for a minimum purchase of ₱7,000 .If your order is below that amount, there will be an additional ₱500 layout fee.
If you prefer to use your own layout, no problem! We can provide the label and gift tag dimensions, so you can send us the final file ready for printing. Just let us know which option you prefer. 😊
6. Do you have minimum orders?
We do not have a minimum order requirement. You are welcome to place an order of any quantity, whether for a single item or in bulk. Please feel free to let us know how we may assist you.
7. Can I mix and match items in one set?
We offer the flexibility to combine our reed diffusers, room and linen sprays, candles, and eau de parfum according to your preferences. Please feel free to curate a set that best suits your needs.
8. Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, we do accept rush orders, subject to the quantity and our current production schedule.
Kindly let us know your target date and order details so we can confirm availability and accommodate your request accordingly.
9. Do you offer free delivery or pickup?
We do not offer free delivery at the moment. Delivery fees are shouldered by the customer. Once your order is ready, we will send the delivery details so you may book a courier for pickup via Lalamove or Grab.
For provincial areas, we will handle the booking of the courier through GoGoExpress.
